When you visit the One Voice PAC website the following information is collected:

   2. The date and time you accessed OneVoicePAC.org.
   3. The IP address from which you accessed OneVoicePAC.org.
   4. The type of browser software used to view OneVoicePAC.org.

When you visit the OneVoicePAC.org website, personally identifying information is not collected, unless you choose to provide such information. Personally identifying information is collected when submitted through one of the following web forms: Contribution, Email Sign-up, Contact Us, Tell A Friend, and Petition pages.

Submitted information is collected and used for campaign related purposes related to One Voice PAC's political involvement.  We also work closely with Democratic candidates, parties and allied organizations and may share some basic contact information with them, and they may contact you.

Personal and financial information is required when making a contribution to One Voice PAC. This information is used to process your contribution or merchandise request.  All contributions made through OneVoicePAC.org are regulated by Federal Election law. Federal Election law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle. Your contribution will be used in connection with Federal elections and is subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
